    The place was tidy with a superbly friendly and really polite staff from my early morning check in to my collecting my bags after a day out. I ate at a really nice restaurant which served an extensive range of global dishes. The bedroom was spacious and had an excellent separate bathroom.

    Really good pampering in paradise

    Woke up each morning to amazing views of the backwaters, while the staff never missed a beat in catering to our needs.

    Despite the excellence, the automated systems could use improvement. Check-in took longer than expected, which left us feeling a bit restless upon arrival.

    I was there for a business trip and had a comfortable stay in a spacious room that had a gorgeous view of the backwaters. Staff were attentive, especially thanks to the variety of dishes available. There were some maintenance issues that I noticed in certain areas. It was a relaxing experience and I appreciated the hospitality I received.
